Gould’s designs are inspired by the southern coastal landscape as well as ornamentation of indigenous peoples. The Bird of Paradise radiates with red enamel on oxidized sterling silver with a hint of blue at the bird’s crown. Natural feathers flow to create the bird’s tail, giving texture and depth to this unique necklace. Each bird piece features a bird found in Gould’s home in coastal Florida.
